3.4.23 `out-name' - current output file name

Usage: (out-name)
Returns the name of the current output file. If the current file is a temporary, unnamed file, then it will scan up the chain until a real output file name is found. See section 3.7 Redirecting Output.

This Scheme function takes no arguments.
