Cutting Room is a graphics application for slicing/cutting up images 
intended for placement in HTML tables.  Cutting Room allows you
to easily and visually divide up any image by dragging vertical and
horizontal dividing lines. Images can be saved in TIFF or JPEG format.
Cutting Room also allows you to experiment with different JPEG
compression settings and get instant visual feedback.
