PhFTP has no restriction, no nag screen, no time limit of any kind.

. If you are a company or if you use PhFTP commercially: You must buy 
  one license per concurent user. 
. If you are an individual you can use PhFTP for free, if you like it 
  and if you want to support it: You can buy one or more licenses.

The price of PhFTP is $29.95 for one license.
