This is a Solaris 2.3 SPARC CD image. It can be installed under TME 0.6 
(http://theory.lcs.mit.edu/~fredette/tme/) as long as TME has been patched to
fix some bugs that prevent it from running Solaris. The patch 
tme-0.6-solaris-fixes.patch contains the fixes necessary for running Solaris.
